The theme for the Teen Summer Reading Program is Express Yourself.
· Anyone entering 6th-12th grade is eligible.
· When teens complete their reading log (10 hours of reading), they are eligible to attend the Express Yourself Auction.
· Teens can earn auction money by reading, writing book reviews, entering the photography contest, and attending any of the Teen Events.
· Wednesday, July 29th, is the final day to turn in reading logs, a photo entry or book reviews to be eligible for the Express Yourself Auction.

Express Yourself Teen Book Review Criteria
Two Auction Dollars will be earned for each book review.
Your work must be original.
List where you found the book (ex. YF, JNF, YB, etc.)
Each review will be a minimum of five sentences.
Be sure to state why you liked/disliked the story.
Most importantly dont share the ending of the story!
Photography Contest Guidelines
Theme: Take an original photograph of what summer
represents to you
Artwork must be in hard copy form, 5 x 7.
Photographs may be in color, or black & white.
Print your name, age, e-mail address, phone number,
and address on back of entry, as artwork will be returned.
One entry per person.
Open to 6th-12th graders signed up in the Summer Reading Program.
Earn 10 Auction Dollars for photo entry!
Entries must be original work, must not infringe upon any third party
rights, copyright laws, or existing trademarks.
The image may not have any unintelligible wording, or offensive language.
Winner will be announced @ the Express Yourself Auction on 7/31/09.
