This is a bi-weekly meeting of the SPAN team to discuss and plan implementation activities associated with the CDC cooperative agreement, DP18-1807.
Young children, accompanied by an adult, are introduced to simple stories, fingerplays, and activities. The fall session of Parents and Tots begins Wednesday, October 19 and runs through Wednesday, November 30.

Certified yoga instructor Grace Rogers will lead participants in breathing exercises, simple physical postures with some flowing in between, and relaxation. Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
