Bertena Varney, B.A., M.A., M.Ed., RYT-200, is a sociology professor at Southcentral Kentucky Community College and in her spare time is a meditation teacher, reiki master, spiritual coach, and yoga teacher. She shares her love for all with everyone. She finds peace in her practices and has created journals for others to share in that peace. She owns A New You Self Care Center, which she runs out of her home. Bertena offers private and group classes both online and in person.
The Mindfulness Journal provides the writer directions on how to set an intention for each day that helps them focus on being mindful of that day.
