Purpose of Meeting
Hold a First Families of Kentucky Council Meeting to plan future activities. Our activities include financial gifts to entities such as the Judge Joseph Holt Home, Jack Jouett House and grave markings of early KY pioneer settlers along with the DAR and SAR. We have a membership of 330 plus members nationwide who have proven their lineage to a KY pioneer settler who was in Kentucky prior to its becoming a state. One of our FFK Council members is Stephen Vest, Frankfort resident and publisher of the magazine, “Kentucky Monthly.” We would appreciate being able to meet here as it is a more central location for other Council members who reside in Louisville, Lexington, and Elizabethtown.
