PSPL at the Movies: The Secret of NIMH
June 7 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Join us for an in-person discussion of the 1982 animated classic The Secret of NIMH.
This beautiful, thought-provoking film focuses on Mrs. Brisby, a field mouse trying to raise her children alone after the untimely death of her husband Jonathan. However, one of them is deathly ill and cannot be moved to avoid the seasonal plowing. Mrs. Brisby will have to face monstrous owls, nefarious experimentation, and her own fears to figure out a way to save her son.
Content warning: animated injury and death, mention of experimentation on animals
