We have upgraded our room reservation software. We hope you’ll find it easier to use, and more straightforward.
However, you will experience one significant difference. The first time you request to reserve one of our meeting rooms, the new system will require you to create an account which will allow you to easily login to reserve rooms without entering your information every time. Account creation will require a valid email address.
If you forget your password, you can reset it with the “Forgot password link?” on the page, or you can call to have us reset it for you.
You may always call PSPL staff to reserve a room, if you’re not comfortable setting up an account.
Your account information will stay within our meeting room database, it will not be given, sold, or distributed to any other party, in any way.
Priority for use of the River Room is given to PSPL programs. Outside groups may request to use the River Room; requests must follow PSPL Meeting Room guidelines. Your request will go to the Executive Director.
