Never had a PSPL Card?
Stop by the Library’s Check Out Desk to fill out a card application. Please bring a valid picture ID with current address OR valid picture ID and proof of current address.
To obtain a PSPL card, you must be a Kentucky resident.
Patrons under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to complete the application.
We do not send full-service cards via email or postal mail.
Lost or Expired Card?
If your card is lost or expired, you do not need to complete a new card application. Please call the Library at 502-352-2665 for assistance.
Digital Access Accounts

This temporary account is for Franklin County residents who do not already have a PSPL card. Individuals residing outside of Franklin County are NOT eligible to receive a Digital Access account.
Digital Access accounts are issued within 72 hours of applying.
To convert a Digital Access account to a full-service account, please visit the Library.
