Join local historian Charles H. Bogart as he discusses United States and Confederate mail service during the Civil War.

Charles H. Bogart has lived in Frankfort since 1965. He has a BA in History from Thomas More University and a MCP from Ohio State University. He is retired from Kentucky Emergency Management where he worked in the Plans and Operations Section, and is currently a Conductor at the Bluegrass Railroad Museum (Versailles). Bogart has published six books and over 100 articles on military, naval, and railroad history. He also serves as President of the Frankfort Civil War Round Table and the CSXT Historical Society.
