Event Details
Certified yoga instructor Grace Rogers will lead participants in a special teen yoga session including breathing exercises, simple physical postures with some flowing in between, and relaxation. Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat if you have one. This program is for teens entering grades 6-12 in the fall. Registration is not required.
Teen events are exclusively for middle and high school students in entering grades 6-12 in Fall 2025. Parents and younger siblings are welcome to enjoy the children’s and teen areas during teen events, but may not attend.
