Youth Services Manager

Paul Sawyier Public Library is seeking an engaged, innovative librarian to join our Youth Services team to provide excellent patron-facing services and audience programming.

The Youth Services Manager is responsible for directing the successful delivery of programs and services for children and teens.  The Manager is responsible for providing quality service by successfully coaching and mentoring staff, overseeing collection development and maintenance for children and teens, planning and implementing programs, providing direct customer service and completing the administrative tasks of the department.

The Youth Services Manager is under the supervision of the Executive Director, and is part of the Library’s Leadership Team. This position supervises the Youth Programming staff and the Youth Services Clerical staff.
