If reading about real-life misdeeds is your idea of a good time, join us for a bi-monthly discussion group all about true crime.

In November, we will discuss Blood Royal by Eric Jager, a “true tale of crime and detection in medieval Paris.” This gripping true crime historical drama focuses on the murder of Louis of Orleans, the brother of French King Charles in 1407, and the efforts Paris’ chief law enforcement officer, Guillaume de Tignonville, went through in order to try to solve the crime. Blood Royal draws on Tignonville’s firsthand reports and reads more like fiction than fact.

If you have questions or wish to join the discussion, please contact Cindy Butor at cindy.butor@pspl.org. All are welcome!
