Meeting Rooms

Requesting a Room Online

Meeting rooms are open to organizations engaged in educational, cultural, intellectual or charitable activities on an equitable basis. All meetings are open to the public. The facilities may not be used for personal, social or commercial activities, political campaigns, promotion of specific political candidates, and/or fund-raising.

Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations may be made up to 60 days in advance, and organizations may schedule a meeting room up to twice a month.

If the library is closed due to bad weather, holidays, or any other unforeseen circumstance, the meeting rooms will not be available.

Requesting the River Room

Requests for use of the River Room will be made to and approved by the library director. The River Room is dedicated to library use, but it will be available when not in use by PSPL

Room Use Policy

All room requests and uses are subject to our Meeting Room Policy. Please be sure you have read and understood this policy before using one of our library spaces.
